How will you notify me when you plan to do a service?

Should our clients you have any conflict with scheduling, an AirCloud Property Experts' team member will be happy to re-schedule you for a date and time that better suits your schedule!
What if I'm not home during the service?
Not a problem! Since all our service are related to the exterior, please make sure to keep pets inside, ensure the outdoor water system is turned on, and the gate unlocked before you leave so our technicians will have access to the front and back lawn.
What happens if I don't receive my service on a scheduled day?
Weather fluctuations are prominent in Calgary. If we cannot perform a service for this reason, we will notify you and postpone your service until the next workable day. Sometimes unexpected things happen, and it is possible our crew may fall behind schedule. In this case we will notify you in advance and schedule you in for the following day.
What is our cancellation policy?
Generally, our clients can cancel any service or treatment free of charge, although we request as much notice as possible so we can adjust our scheduling. Our cancellation policy is situational and depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right retain a 15% cancellation fee.
What if I book a seasonal service in the middle season? Do I get a discount?
Absolutely! In this case, we will give you a custom quote tailored to the remaining service length we would deliver for the season.
Will my services auto renew?
For your convenience our service packages continue annually unless otherwise requested to be cancelled. Our weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing services are renewed monthly starting May 15th with the last payment taken either on August 15th or September 15th depending on if the weather warrants an additional lawn mow in September. Our bronze, silver, and gold package subscriptions are also renewed on the 15th of each month with the last payment taken on August 15th. Customers may opt for an additional service in September upon request.
Prior to service renewal in the following year, AirCloud will contact you at which time you have the choice to change or cancel your service/package.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept visa, mastercard, american express, e-transfers, and CASH!
Exterior Window Cleaning
How long does window cleaning take?
Every job is different depending on the scope of the project. We can give you an accurate estimation on how long it will take to perform the service after we do an initial assessment.
Can you clean my frames and sills as well with the windows?
Yes! All our window cleaning services include frame and sill cleaning as well!
How can I prepare for my window cleaning experience?
Please ensure all your windows are closed, and the water line running outside your home is turned on.
I have some very hard to reach windows, can you clean those too?
Absolutely! We are 100% confident we will be able to treat all your windows no matter how hidden or out of reach they are! Our state-of-the-art purified water-fed brushes are capable of cleaning windows up to 5 stories high!
Can the water-fed brushes scratch/damage my windows or frame paint?
No! Our water-fed brushes are made with premium nylon bristles that won’t scratch or damage painted surfaces guaranteed!
Can’t I just spray my windows with the garden hose?
Absolutely not! In fact this is probably one of the most ineffective ways to clean your windows. With the heavy deposits of calcium and magnesium in the bow and elbow river, Calgary water is considered hard water with a TDS (total dissolved solids) ranging between 150-300 ppm (parts per million). When unfiltered water from the garden hose drips and dries, it will leave the windows coated with a murky film of calcium and magnesium. An affective spot and steak free window clean demands TDS bellow 10.0. AirCloud uses commercial grade DI filtration systems with multi-stage filtering do ensure the TDS never exceeds the threshold. Our filtration systems are tested after each individual job site to ensure quality control and a pristine spot free clean on every window every time!
Lawn Care
Is it possible to aerate in the rain?
Yes it is! As long as there is no snow on your lawn, we’ll get the job for you.
Is liquid aeration as effective as core aeration?
Yes absolutely! In fact, one could argue that it is tremendously more effective. While mechanical core aeration works by removing plugs of soil from your lawn, liquid aeration permeates through the top of the soil. It increases oxygen levels at the roots of the grass and allows water to seep deeper into the soil encouraging deeper root growth. Liquid aeration gives you all the benefits of core aeration such as decreased soil compaction, elevated nutrient and moisture absorption, and better oxygenation without the unappealing plugs and risk of underground irrigation damage!
Do I need to mark my sprinklers beforehand?
Yes please! Before we commence services such as lawn mowing and dethatching, we will send out a pre-notification informing you of your upcoming scheduled service. At this time, we request that you mark your underground sprinklers and other fixtures to avoid damage.
Any damage to unmarked sprinklers or fixtures during service will not be covered.
